Alefba Group was born on the last minutes of February 2019!
After two in-person meetings on January 19 and February 17, 2019 and a few online sessions, the group of founders of Alefba Group reached the final version of the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws of the organization. Based on the approved Bylaws, the election of the first president was held on February 17 and Mr. Afshin Sepehri was elected as the first president of Alefba Group for a period of two years.
Mr. Sasan Yaghmaee, attorney at law, helped us a lot in preparing and compiling the final versions of the two documents and registration of the non-Profit with Washington State, City of Bellevue and the IRS.
The state submission occurred on the last minutes of the month of February and Alefba Group started its activities officially from March 2019.
گروه پایه‌گذاران الفبا بعد از دو نشست حضوری در تاریخ‌های ۱۹ ژانویه و ۱۷ فوریه ۲۰۱۹ و چند جلسه آنلاین، مدارک لازم برای ثبت از جمله اساسنامه آن را تکمیل نموده، به تصویب رساند و نخستین انتخابات ریاست سازمان را بر طبق اساسنامه در تاریخ ۱۷ فوریه برگزار کرد و آقای افشین سپهری به عنوان نخستین رئیس سازمان الفبا برای مدت دو سال انتخاب شد.
وکیل سازمان، آقای ساسان یغمایی در تهیه مدارک رسمی سازمان و ثبت در ایالت واشنگتن، شهر بلویو و اداره مالیات آمریکا همکاری بسیاری نمود.
سرانجام در آخرین دقایق ماه فوریه ۲۰۱۹، گروه الفبا در ایالت واشنگتن به ثبت رسید و فعالیت رسمی خود را از مارس ۲۰۱۹ آغاز نمود.
