The Health and Wellness committee of Alefba has a quarterly publication in Persian language named “Health”. In this bulletin, you can find information on health and wellness, as well as some supplemental subjects in conjunction with our monthly lectures. You can find this bulletin free of charge, in digital form on our website, and in hard copy form at local Iranian stores.
