The first Annual General Meeting of Alefba Group took place on January 23rd, 2020 at Downtown Seattle. About 40 members and guests attended this event.
The agenda of meeting included annual report and financial statement by the Board of Directors, reviewing activities of Alefba and its committees over the past year, discussing future plans and programs and Q/A with the audience and hearing feedback and suggestions.
Also, as part of the meeting, Chashni and Kherad Society, the two provisional committees were given permanent status by unanimous approval of Alefba members.

اولین جمع عمومی سالیانه سازمان الفبا در تاریخ ۲۳ ژانویه ۲۰۲۰ در سالنی در Downtown سیاتل با حضور حدود ۴۰ شرکت کننده برگزار شد.
گزارش سالیانه و مالی سازمان الفبا، مروری بر عملکرد کمیته های الفبا در سال گذشته، شرح پروژه ها و برنامه های آینده، تبدیل کمیته های موقت انجمن خرد و چاشنی به دایمی با رآی گیری و پرسش و پاسخ از قسمت های مختلف این برنامه بود. ر
