On Monday, April 27th, even during the Covid-19 quarantine and its limitations two of Chashni members continued their service to the homeless and senior residents of Seattle at the facility of Operation Nightwatch organization.They handed out near 100 packages of dinner. Kodus to Alfeba’s volunteers for coordinating and putting themselves there for our community.
The Chashni committee of Alefba is committed to this great cause and this program repeats on the 4th Monday of every month. Many Iranian and non-Iranian members of our community have already signed up to join this event in the future. برنامه تدارک شام برای گروهی از بی خانمان های شهرمان از فعالیت های ماهیانه الفباست که هنوز با وجود شرایط نا مساعد حاصل از فراگیری بیماری کرونا انجام می شود. این ماه برای به حداقل رساندن زمان تماسهای اجتماعی و طبق قوانین آشپزخانه Operation Nightwatch قسمت آماده سازی و پخت غذا توسط داوطلبین به طور موقت لغو شده ولی توزیع بسته های آماده غذا توسط دونفر از همراهان خوش قلب الفبا و البته با رعایت تمهیدات بهداشتی و فاصله اجتماعی در روز دوشنبه ۲۷ آپریل انجام شد. به این عزبزان خسته نباشید می گوییم.
