On the second Sunday of January, Chashni members and guests gathered at Northlake Church in Kirkland to enjoy taste of their beautiful and delicious meals with the theme of Kotlet, Shami and Kookoo! The guests talked about ingredients and recipes and shared their cooking experience with each other in a question and answer part.
At the end Chashni served the guests tea and cookies.
The program started with a tribute to the casualties of the recent plane crash accident in Iran and a poem was recited in their memory.

در دومين يكشنبه از ماه ژانویه علاقمندان برنامه چاشنی در كليسای Northlake كرکلند گرد هم جمع شدند و هر كدام از عزيزان خوراک مورد علاقه خود را با موضوع کوکو، کتلت، شامی به همراه دستورالعمل تهيه آن بر روي ميز چاشنی به اشتراك گذاشتند. حاضرين در مورد خوراک ها و طرز تهيه آنها صحبت كردند و در پرسش و پاسخی تجربه خود را به ديگران انتقال دادند.
در پایان كميته چاشنی از مهمانان با چای و شيريني پذيرايی كرد.
این برنامه با یادبود درگذشتگان سانحه اخیر هواپیما در ایران آغاز شد و شعری به یاد این عزیزان خوانده شد.
