Many thanks to the volunteers of Alefba Group and Chashni Committee members who participated in the monthly program of Cooking Dinner for the Homeless on the evening of Monday, February 28th, 2022 at the Operation Nightwatch Kitchen in Seattle.
In this program, 80 food packages of steamed white rice, chicken with red sauce, Scalloped Potatoes, salad, and dessert were prepared and distributed among the homeless.
Special thanks to our donor who spread 80 individual cups of Sholeh Zard, the Iranian sweet saffron, and rose water flavored rice pudding as alms in memory of their beloved mother.
Cooking for the homeless is held by the Chashni Group and Alefba Group volunteers on the 4th Monday of every month at Operation Nightwatch of Seattle from 6:30 to 10:30 PM.
