After a three month period of having to serve only cold sandwiches to homeless, cooking and serving warm food packages resumed at Operation Nightwatch kitchen in Seattle. On Monday June 23rd, a few of Chashni members and volunteers from Alefba Group teamed up, prepared and served spaghetti and chicken with salad and cookie on the side. The packages of food was handed out at the door. Our sincere thanks to our wonderful volunteers.
The Chashni committee of Alefba Group is committed to this great cause and this program repeats on the 4th Monday of every month. Many Iranian and non-Iranian members of our community have already signed up to join this event in the future. بعد از یک وقفه سه ماهه در پخت و سرو غذای گرم، دوران توزیع ساندویچ سرد به سر آمد. برنامه ماهيانه تدارك شام برای گروهی از بی خانمان های شهر سياتل با همكاری سازمان Operation Nightwatch توسط چند ئفر از اعضای چاشنی و با کمک داوطلبین عزيز گروه الفبا انجام گرفت. دوستان داوطلب چاشنی و الفبا در عصر دوشنبه ۲۲ ماه ژوئن با سلیقه و دست پخت عالی‌شان خوراک اسپاگتی و مرغ تهیه و همراه سالاد و شیرینی و میوه بسته‌بندی و توزیع نمودند. ازهمکاری و محبت تک تک این عزیزان متشکریم.
