In collaboration with Chashni members and Alefba Group volunteers on Monday, June 28th 2021, 120 meal packages (tuna sandwiches, pasta and chicken salads, vegetable salads, mashed potatoes and cheese, cookies and chopped fruit along with a bottle of water) were prepared at the Operation Nightwatch Kitchen, and distributed to the homeless on the same evening.

In this event which happened in unprecedented heat of Seattle (108 degrees Fahrenheit), Two Chashni members accompanied by volunteers from Aefba Group including a young Chef in high school age were helping us.

Chashni dinner preparation for the homeless happens on the 4th Monday of every month at Operation Nightwatch of Seattle.
