On Monday, March 23rd, despite the limitation caused by the Corona virus pandemic, a group of Chashni members continued their service to the homeless and senior residents of Seattle. They used the facility of Operation Nightwatch organization to prepare and serve about 150 complete dinner bags under the precautions recommended by health and food department.
The Chashni committee of Alefba is committed to this great cause and this program repeats on the 4th Monday of every month. Many Iranian and non-Iranian members of our community have already signed up to join this event in the future. در عصر روز دوشنبه ۲۳ مارچ تعدادی از داوطلبین کمیته چاشنی برنامه ماهیانه تهیه و توزیع شام را ادامه دادند و برای بیخانمانها و سالمندان سیاتل ساندویچ تهیه کردند. این برنامه با در نظر گرفتن محدودیت های ناشی از فراگیری ویروس کرونا با حضور تعداد داوطلبین کمتر و با رعایت اصول توصیه شده توسط اداره بهداشت و غذا در شهر سیاتل انجام شد. داوطلبین نزدیک به ۱۵۰ عدد پاکت غذای کامل را آماده و توزیع کردند.
این برنامه در چهارمین دوشنبه هر ماه تکرار خواهد شد و تا کنون علاقمندان ایرانی و غیر ایرانی بسیاری جهت شرکت در آن ثبت‌نام نموده‌اند. اگر شما هم مایل به یاری رسانی در این برنامه هستید، اطلاعات بیشتر و فرم ثبت‌نام را در این صفحه بیابید.
