we are excited to announce that Alefba Group’s online cooking classes have started. Chashni committee’s first ever virtual cooking class on November 20th, 2020 was presented by guest chef Isak Lystad, an Italian cooking chef with 15 years of living and cooking experience in Italy. ln this class lsak taught making basic version of pasta from scratch and how to make spinach ravioli with sage butter sauce. He showed how to use a pasta machine, as well went over techniques of cutting and shaping different pasta from rolled dough. our next event will be Persian cooking in January 2021. please stay tuned by checking Chashni’s upcoming events at Alefba Group’s website.
