September 28th, another Monday, and the smell of delicious Persian food from the kitchen to feed about 60 homeless people in Seattle at Operation Nightwatch kitchen.
Voluntary donation of tangerines and saffron halva has certainly multiplied the beauty and taste of this dinner.
In this activity, our dear volunteers in a group of four were in charge of cooking and the food was served outside the kitchen by the kitchen officials themselves.
This activity takes place on the fourth Monday of each month in which so far many dear Iranian and non-Iranian volunteers have participated. بیست وهشتم سپتامبر۲۰۲۰، دوشنبه‌ای دیگر و بوی خوش غذای ایرانی از آشپزخانه Operation Nightwatch برای تغذیه حدود ۶۰ نفر از بی‌خانمان‌های شهر سیاتل.
اهدای داوطلبانه نارنگی و حلوای زغفرانی به یقین زیبایی و طعم این شام را چندین برابر کرده است.
در این فعالیت داوطلبان عزیز گروه الفبا در جمع چهار نفره تهیه و بسته‌بندی لوبیاپلو و سوپ و دسر را به عهده داشتند. سرو غذا در بیرون از آشپزخانه و توسط مسئولین خود آشپزخانه انجام شد.
