Alefba Group is proud to announce the establishment of the Pardis Center. This space, rented by Alefba Group, is the first Iranian Center in the State of Washington. This center will serve as a place for Alefba’s cultural, educational, and social purposes, as well as a gathering space for the greater Iranian community.

Alefba Group has published the first issue of its new magazine called “Iranshahr”. This socio-cultural publication, which includes content on a variety of topics including historical, social, economic, literary, humor and memoir, is available online through Alefba’s new content website called Alef. Alefba invites you to join our Mehregan celebration in the park. This event, which take place on Saturday, October 9, from 3 to 6 pm in Grass Lawn Park in Redmond, includes a variety of  programs including an introduction to the Mehregan celebration, a mask-decorating part, sport matches, a treasure hunt contest, and light snack.

Kankosh expands the activities by adopting a new virtual Discussion Group as the new season of Alefba activities begins. Other discussion groups (Branches) will be continuing virtually until further notice.

Project Pardis Design Committee extended the deadlines for the Pardis architectural design contest (Iranian Community Center in the Greater Seattle area) by one month, to invite more people to the contest and give the participants an opportunity to work more on their designs.

The Ninth session of the Health and Wellness Committee will be held on Tuesday, July 13, 2021, at 7:00 PM (PDT) on An Introduction to Human Genetics in Cancer and Hereditary Diseases.

To thank all who value their own and their community health and have received COVID-19 vaccine, Alefba has decided to hold “Alefba’s Grand Picnic” on July 24, 2021“.

The Spring reminiscence session of Kankosh Committee will take place on Thursday, June 24 2021, at 8:00 PM (PDT). In this session, participants will share their personal memories related to the three selected topics of “University or School”, “True Friend”, and “Wedding or Engagement”.

Kankosh presents its third annual seminar in 4 sessions in June 2021. In these sessions, Kankosh members will share eight presentations on interesting topics which were discussed during Kankosh Talk sessions over the past year.
