Alefba Group was originally formed to include a set of existing activities with track records; however, the Bylaws is designed such that new activities can be added to the organization over time. Two activities were proposed by a group of Alefba family members in March 2019, shortly after the formation of the organization.
After 10 months of activities, these two committees were approved by Alefba members at the Annual General Meeting to join Alefba Group as permanent committees:
1. Kherad Society: to organize programs and events targeting middle-aged and seniors of the local community. The goal of these activities is to entertain and educate the audience while building bridges across generations.
2. Chashni: to organize programs and events focusing on culinary arts. This would include gatherings to taste various food and share recipes, cooking contests and group attendance at cooking events to benefit the public.
Alefba Group congratulates these two committees and their hard-working members. According to the by-laws, each of these committees elects its own representative to join the Board of Directors of Alefba.
سازمان الفبا در آغاز کار شامل سه کمیته اصلی دارای پیشینه فعالیت بود اما اساسنامه سازمان مدلی برای توسعه فعالیت سازمان و افزودن «حروف» جدید به «الفبا»ی آن پیش‌بینی کرده است.
در ماه مارچ ۲۰۱۹، دو فعالیت زیر توسط اعضای الفبا جهت افزودن به سازمان پیشنهاد گردید:
۱- انجمن خرد: با تمرکز بر روی سالمندان و با هدف برنامه‌سازی اجتماعی، سرگرمی و آموزشی برای این عزیزان و نیز پیوند میان نسلها.
۲- چاشنی: با تمرکز بر روی هنر آشپزى و با برنامه‌هایی از جمله گردهمایی‌های آموزشی غذا، مسابقاتی با محور غذا و نیز تهیه دست‌جمعی غذا برای خدمت به جامعه.
بعد از ۱۰ ماه فعالیت، این دو کمیته در جلسه سالیانه الفبا در ماه ژانویه با رای اعضا به عنوان کمیته‌های رسمی الفبا در آمدند.
ضمن تبریک به این دو کمیته و اعضای فعال آن، بر طبق اساسنامه، هر کدام از این کمیته‌ها یک نماینده انتخاب نموده و جهت پیوستن به هیئت‌مدیره الفبا معرفی می‌نماید.
