Following the annual meeting of Alefba Group, the two provisional committees, Chashni and Kherad Society joined the Alefba family as permanent committees. According to Alefba’s bylaws, all committee chairs join the Board of Directors of the organization.
Both Chashni and Kherad Society held their internal election to choose the chair of their committees. Ms. Firoozeh Tabesh and Ms. Rana Amini were elected as chairs of Chashni and Kherad Society respectively. Both of these ladies have been active members of Alefba since its establishment and the Board of Directors of Alefba welcomes them as new members.
The first meeting of the Board of Directors with the new members took place on February 4th, 2020. In that meeting, each committee gave report on their recent activities and their plans for the upcoming year.

در جلسه سالیانه الفبا، دو کمیته چاشنی و انجمن خرد، با تصویب اعضا به کمیته‌های دائمی الفبا اضافه شدند. بر طبق اساسنامه الفبا، هر کمیته یک نماینده انتخاب می‌نماید تا به هیئت‌مدیره الفبا بپیوندد.
کمیته‌های چاشنی و انجمن خرد به ترتیب خانم‌ها فیروزه تابش و رعنا امینی را به عنوان نمایندگان خود برگزیدند. هر دو این عزیزان از اعضای فعال الفبا از ابتدای تشکیل آن بوده‌اند و هیئت‌مدیره الفبا به اعضای جدید خود خوش‌آمد می‌گوید.
نخستین جلسه هیئت‌مدیره الفبا با حضور اعضای جدید در تاریخ ۴ فوریه ۲۰۲۰ برگزار شد که در آن هر کمیته گزارشی از برنامه‌های اخیر خود و برنامه‌های سال جدید ارائه نمود.
